Suomen Viljava Oy was having a problem with their filter in oat processing. The hopper section of the filter was constantly clogging and needed daily attention. Timo Kilpivuori was contacted by Abillion Oy (Primasonics Agent in Finland) and when Abillion suggested a solution for this problem, he was happy to give it a try.

Primasonics Ltd recommended the installation of a Model PAS-230 Acoustic Cleaner. Delivery went well and the equipment was installed by Viljava’s own maintenance worker. One year after the installation, Timo Kilpivuori is still very satisfied with the performance of the acoustic cleaner. There has been no build up and also the filter bags have been working better, which have provided cost savings.
