Recently we announced the winner of our Agent of the Year award (congratulations again to Abhijit of Ambiz Corporation in India for the hard work that went in to achieving this) but now, as we close out another successful year here at Primasonics, we would like to also thank and acknowledge the hard work and efforts of all our agents.

Their combined efforts in continuing to support and promote Primasonics around the world have helped us towards another successful year and for this we are grateful to them all.

As is only to be expected when your company has been around for almost 20 years, we have sadly had to say goodbye to a couple of agents who have been with us from the early days.

Naud of Solids instruments in The Netherlands and Graeme and Carol of Bulk Materials Handling in Australia. Their hard work and dedication to supporting the Primasonics brand over the years will never be forgotten and we wish them all the best in enjoying a well-earned retirement.

Happily, these goodbyes have been cushioned by the welcoming of new agents in New Zealand/Australia, South Africa and Thailand. Having joined us earlier in the year, they are already doing a fine job of introducing our Acoustic Cleaning technology to new markets. We look forward to a bright future working with them all.

A special mention does have to be given to our fantastic agents in Finland, Bo and Matias of Abillion Oy. As well as finishing in the top three of our agent rankings for both sales quantity and value metrics, after only their first full year with us, they also did an excellent job of bringing Primasonics to the recent Energy 2016 exposition in Finland.

Energia 2016 - Finland

According to official information the three day event, focusing on themes of energy production, distribution, storage, systems and equipment, service and maintenance, as well as future solutions, was attended by more than 370 exhibitors and visited by around 7000 visitors.

Based on the number of new enquires we’ve had since then, we can only assume that Bo and Matias made it their mission to speak to as many of those visitors as humanly possible. With a number of very promising projects now being handled by the dynamic duo we are looking forward to an exciting year ahead in the Finnish and surrounding markets.

Acoustic Cleaning is still sometimes seen as fairly new concept in some industries and, as such, it can often take new agents a while to introduce the technology to their territories. The fact that Bo and Matias have got off to such a flying start is a testament to their professionalism and dedication and we cannot praise them enough for this. Congratulations guys.

Once again we would like to thank all our agents for their efforts this year and hope we can all look forward to another great year ahead.
