All you those thousands of my blog readers will know that I am a big 'fan' of the RMS Titanic, mainly because I come from near Belfast, Northern Ireland where the Titanic and her sister ships the Olympic and the Britannic were built for the White Star Line. As I have mentioned in the dim and distant past, I was born in a small County Down, Northern Ireland town called Dromore. Indeed I have mentioned in a previous blog about my grandfather Joseph Magill who originally was a boot maker, in this link which is a snap shot from 1910, you can see his name mentioned within a summary of Dromore.

Primasonics International – Head of Security with an Ear For Acoustic Cleaners

Within the Primasonics International organisation, one of the key jobs is that of head of security and that position is admirably filled by Miss Tina Tiddlemouse – my little Jack Russell terrier. Tina is now eleven and I got her when she was five months old and already had three owners, the last one locked her in a barn with horses for 23 hours out of 24.

It is ‘Big Band’ time again!

I keep apologising for being a committed Big Band fan, I really don't know why, it is perfectly legal!

One of the most common tunes played by big bands worldwide is 'Sing, Sing, Sing' which may seem a strange name for this instrumental piece. It was composed in 1936 by Louis Prima (the founder of Primasonics? – no that's me) and did have lyrics but was quickly adopted by the big bands of the era as a pacy instrumental.
